The gang recruits people with previous combat experience including former police, members of other gangs who show promise and anyone else who shows competence in operating and fixing the gear they pick up.
Gear
The Gemini gang is by far the most well equipped gang in the city. Whether at auctions, or simply by stealing they obtain old police vehicles, weapons, and equipment to equip themselves. While this means they never have top-of-the-line equipment, all of this tech makes them formidable opponents, and now they rarely need to even fire their weapons as the sheer show of force they present helps them to accomplish their missions.
