Skarlett is a Blood Golem with shape-shifting abilities, created by the blood of a Succubus among other sources by The Red Elf in the Plague and Construct Quarter of the Lich's Castle (see Lich's Castle for more info.). She serves Anub'rekhan the Lich.
Interaction with the Party
She engaged the party and after having all her allies defeated, Scarlett miraculous gained a soul. Wishing only to survive and learn what existing in the world would mean, she struck a deal with the party to leave.
Death
Not long later the party learned they needed what was in her blood, they sought her out and made another deal with her. If she returned with them David would kiss her like he kisses his wife, and then later on tell her what it meant to love. The party instead killed her by using her to create a delaying antidote to the violet fever.
